As with the Orks, Sisters of Battle also got rules update/preview (?) today. Well they are nasty to the heretic and the traitor. With your leader being able to shine the light of the god emperor to aid in the destruction of the foul enemies. Being a mixture of passive and active abilities. Like the word of the Emperor, negating invulnerable saves (Anyone else hear the Beast snaggas crying?). Also forces units to fight last. It doesn't seems worth the 40 points and +2 power level for a single use.
Of course, there's stratagems. The good old faith and fury
decreased cp cost. New ones include the Defenders of the faith, doubling the rapid fire shots; so bye hoard armies. Is it just me or is this new rules shown for sisters of battle seem to be counter to orks; that were shown earlier? Add the Involates shield wall which minus one from wound rolls. For Celestian Sacresants at least. The rules shown today is a nice mix of defensive and offensive. Great for sisters of battle and lousy for everyone else.
